Pastor Emory Thompson – Administrative Director
Emory is a fourth generation preacher raised in a pastor’s home and received Christ at ten years old. He received the call to preach at fourteen years old and has traveled the world preaching on five continents to thousands of young people and adults. Emory has been married for twenty-seven years with two children and one grandchild. He has been involved in Christian education as a student, principal, administrator, and pastor for 40 years. He currently pastors Golden Mountain Ministries in Sparta, Tennessee. Emory & Loel have a heart for Christian Education and for the people of the world. They have many years of established ministry around the world and at home.
Dr. Adam Rondeau – Assistant Administrative Director
Adam was raised in a Christian home as a pastor’s kid and accepted Christ at an early age. He has three earned degrees in Christian Education, Theology and Leadership. Adam has served as a Christian educator and administrator as well as a pastor for over two decades. He is an author and serves as an adjunct professor of the Bible. He is dedicated to making disciples and building godly character. He currently serves as the principal of ViewPoint Christian Academy in Southbridge, Massachusetts. He and his wife, Joni, have been blessed with five children and together they seek to serve the Lord as a family.
Bruce Norwood – Director of Events
Bruce was raised in the suburbs of Houston, Texas by his Godly mother. She instilled the principles of God’s word which include hard work, caring for others and serving God. Bruce is married and has five children and five grandchildren. He has been involved in Christian education for over 25 years in a variety of capacities including administrator, principal, teacher and coach. He has been involved and led student conferences for many years and worked actively in athletics of many international conference events. He presently lives in Anna, Texas and is a commercial real estate broker and also serves on the board at Van Alstyne Christian Church in Van Alstyne, Texas and the Economic Development Board for the City of Anna, Texas.
John Ross Jordan – Director of Marketing
John-Ross has been involved with Christian education since 2nd grade, thanks to his parents catching the vision early, and starting their first Christian school in 1977. That vision gradually changed to helping parents homeschool, which is why John-Ross graduated high school as a homeschooler. He then went on to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Bible, Christian Education, and Communications. He and his wife, Cara, have homeschooled their four children, of which two are studying violin performance and graphic arts at a Christian college. John-Ross was blessed with the ministry of music and has led worship in venues ranging from a home church to student conventions with 5000+ attendees. John-Ross has also trained and serviced Christian schools around the world in their implementation of Christian, computer-based instruction for 15+ years. He currently owns and operates a rental vacation property in southwest Michigan and flips houses as a family business.
Trevor Metheny – Director of Outreach
Trever is a product of Christian Education. In 1978, his kindergarten year, a Christian school was started at his home church in Riverdale, California. He was honored to graduate from Riverdale Christian Academy in 1992. The instruction received there, in conjunction with the leadership of his pastors and parents, contributed greatly to his passion for serving as a minister for Christ. Called to preach at age 16, Trever has been actively involved in ministry for over 30 years. He has worked with youth in many capacities, preached at youth events, worked student conventions, and currently serves as one of the directors at Tiger Mountain Holiness Youth Camp. At present, he is the Administrator at Freedom Christian Academy where his wife, Lori, serves with him. Trever and Lori have been married for 23 years and have worked in different areas of outreach ministry, including bus ministry, open air preaching, and tent revivals. Trever and Lori serve in various capacities at Redemption Holiness Church in Broken Arrow, OK. He is also managing partner at Green Country Glass in Jenks, OK.
John Bliesath – Director of Communication
John grew up in rural Pennsylvania in a family that loves the Lord and as a result he was saved at six years old. The Lord called him to preach at the age of sixteen. He has visited several states, churches and youth conferences preaching God’s Word. John attended private Christian school from Kindergarten through high school graduation. He has served in Christian education as an administrator, principal and teacher. John has also served as an assistant pastor and uses his talents and anointing to reach people for Christ. John is passionate about the power of God’s Word that heals hearts and saves souls and he loves to talk about the love, grace and mercy of Jesus Christ.
Angel Parish – Director of Educational Services
The product of a strong family of educators, Angel attended Christian school from Kindergarten through college where she earned a B.A. in Christian Education. She has been a staff writer for four educational curriculum companies, specializing in English grammar and composition, reading methods, and English as a Second Language (ESL). She has been a corporate trainer and brought this skill to ministries in assisting them with their written communications. Angel spent 12 years traveling the country as a full-time Missionary to Women in Prison with Rock of Ages Prison Ministry. She has worked in three different Christian schools. She now owns her own private tutoring business and loves helping families find educational solutions for every type of need, from homework help and SAT prep to solutions for learning disabilities. Angel lives in The Villages, FL, and is a faithful member of Memorial Baptist Church.
